How We Work

Custom work should not feel like a mystery. We keep the process simple and we keep you in the loop from slab to delivery.

1. 01

   Tell us your vision.

   Reach out with your idea, your space, and roughly what you want to invest. A photo, a rough sketch, or even a description is enough to start. There is no wrong way to begin.

2. 02

   We design it.

   We work out the design, the materials, and the dimensions with you. Because we build from real wood and real steel, we help you choose slabs and finishes that fit the piece and the room.

3. 03

   You approve the estimate.

   Once the design and dimensions are set, we provide a clear estimate. A deposit reserves your spot on the build schedule.

4. 04

   We build it.

   This is the part we love. Every piece is made by hand in our Southern Pines shop. We do not work from blueprints, so your piece is truly one of a kind.

5. 05

   We deliver.

   We finish, inspect, and hand off a piece built to last for generations.
